SHIPPING ISSUES

Please note: Shipping continues to be unpredictable across the nation. We are unable to 100% guarantee shipments will arrive in the listed time-frame. Once your package leaves our facilities, it's out of our hands.

Shipping problems are occurring across the nation. Orders sent by USPS are especially prone to delays.

We have updated our shipping options to account for this. Currently, you can still get free shipping (on orders over $100) using USPS. Expect your package to arrive between 5 and 14 days from the time your order is placed. 

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We guarantee the quality of the craftsmanship and materials of our products.

If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse and normal wear and tear. 

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING $100+

American Lint is pleased to offer free shipping on domestic orders that meet a $100 minimum. Domestic shipping on orders less than $100 is based on weight.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Overnight and 2-Day deliveries orders need to be placed by 2:00pm Central Daylight Time.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

American Lint products can be exchanged or returned for store credit up to 30 days after purchase. Products must be unworn and unwashed and in new condition. Items not in new condition will not be refunded. 

American Lint will provide a free return shipment label for Exchanges/Credit returns. 

Store credit can be used towards any American Lint product. Credits do not expire.  

30 DAY REFUND POLICY

American Lint products can be returned for a full refund less a flat $5.00 return shipping fee per order returned. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Items not in new condition will not be refunded. 

American Lint charges a flat $5.00 return shipping fee for refunds.
